1) Select your vehicle from the "My Cars" or "Rates" sections and contact us to confirm availability and period of hire. We will "reserve" your vehicle for 24 hours whilst you arrange comprehensive insurance cover through your existing insurer or alternatively via a company specialising in short term vehicle insurance, such as the example we have provided in the "links" page of this website.

2) Confirm to us that the insurance is arranged and pay the 10.00% booking deposit (debit or credit card only), over the phone. In addition, advise if you will be collecting the vehicle from our office or alternatively you require picking up from your home, garage or railway station.

3) Collect the vehicle at the time and date, as arranged, pay the balance of the hire charge and the security deposit (debit or credit card only).

4) On completion of the hire period, return the vehicle to us at the time and date previously arranged, at which time we will issue you with a refund of the security deposit, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement and if required, return you to your chosen destination.
