Normally 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Saturday. However, arrangements can be made to collect vehicles outside these times, by prior arrangement.

You hold and have held a current full drivers licence for a minimum of twelve months, you are aged 21 - 69 years (or age 21 - 75 as an additional driver), you have no more than 6 penalty points on your licence in the last 3 years, you have not been disqualified from driving in the last five years and you have not had more than one fault claim in the last 3 years and you don't plan to use the vehicle for carrying passengers or goods for hire or reward.

Without exception, we need to see four (4) forms of corresponding identification, which typically includes, Full Driving Licence (Both Plastic Card and Paper Section), two (2) proofs of address (i.e. utility bill, credit card or bank statements - not mobile phone bills) and a photographic AND signature I.D. such as a current passport, identity card or similar.
